2. Trip Cancellation
Reimbursement for cost of flight if the Insured AirAsia Guest needs to cancel the trip because of death, serious injury, severe illness of the Insured AirAsia Guest and/or parents, grandparents, siblings, children, spouse and spouse’s parents; or their permanent residence has been severely damaged from fire, flood or other natural disaster, which causes the Insured AirAsia Guest to be unable to travel on the scheduled trip.

3. Trip Curtailment
Reimbursement for cost of flight if the Insured AirAsia Guest needs to travel back to because of death, serious injury, severe illness of the insured AirAsia Guest and/or parents, grandparents, siblings, children, spouse and spouse’s parents; or natural disaster such as typhoon or earthquake, which causes the Insured AirAsia Guest to be unable to travel on the scheduled trip.

4. On-Time Guarantee
Single Payment of 2,000 Baht for at least 2 consecutive hours delay from the original scheduled departure time due to fault of a mechanical breakdown or other aviation equipment and operational failure of AirAsia airline.

5. AirAsia Flight Delay
Flat payment of 1,000 Baht for every 4 hours (Domestic) or Flat payment of 1,000 Baht for every 6 hours (International) period from the original scheduled departure time owing to bad weather, natural disaster, the Insured AirAsia Guest is rejected from boarding the aircraft because of over booking or illness or physical injury of the Insured AirAsia Guest.

6. Missed Flight Connection
Flat payment of 3,000 Baht for every 4 consecutive hours (Domestic) or Flat payment of 3,000 Baht for every 6 consecutive hours (International) delay due to the late arrival of AirAsia’s incoming flight and no replacement onward connecting flight is made available within 4 hours (Domestic) or 6 hours (International) from the scheduled time of connecting departure.

7. Baggage Delay
